Nico is a life-long area resident residing in Lansing. He knows the area real estate market well. Before beginning his real estate career, he honed his customer service skills in the food service industry. Nico is a graduate of Central Michigan University. He is Quality Service Certified® and is fluent in Spanish and English.

For Nico, serving clients best means can be summed up in two words- listening and communicating. He carefully listens to the unique needs and wants of each client and delivers a service experience to exceed their expectations. He then communicates regularly to make sure his clients are never in the dark. He is each client’s advisor and advocates for them in negotiations. He also handles the details of every transaction from contract to closing.
